The company floated 5,941,840 ordinary shares with par value of 1,250 soums each. Total sum of the issue is over 7.427 billion soums. The shares will be placed on close subscription among Ministry of Finance of Uzbekistan, Association “Uzpakhtasanoat”, Agrobank, Turonbank and Qishloq Qurilish Bank.

According to Uzagrosugurta, the company signed a deal on purchase of ordinary shares of insurance company with Finance Ministry of Uzbekistan. The deal size is 5.615 billion soums.

On 14 December 2012, Uzagrosugurta and Association “Uzpakhtasanoat” inked agreement on purchase of shares with total sum of 978.1 million soums.

According to the prospectus of emission, Agrobank will acquire 502,640 shares for 628.3 million soums, Turonbank – 136,800 shares for 171 million soums and Qishloq Qurilish Bank – 28,000 shares for 35 million soums.
