Heads of territorial divisions are instructed to clear their ranks from impure and incompetent financial workers who enjoyed the protection of the former finance minister and former head of the HR department.

On 23 December, the head of the Tashkent City Department of State Financial Supervision and three of his deputies were dismissed.

After 273 employees (including 23 heads) of financial departments in the regions, 65 employees (including 12 heads) of the Treasury departments, 100 employees (including 1 head) of the Pension Fund, 100 employees (including 4 managers) of the state financial supervision departments were dismissed by the heads of the territorial departments of the Ministry of Finance. In total, 562 employees of the financial system were dismissed from their posts.

The Ministry plans to hire young professional to fill the existing vacancies.
