According to the decision of shareholders, the company will pay 46,48 soums of dividends per ordinary share and 2,512.50 soums per preferential share.

The company said that total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, is 3,953,879 ordinary shares and 80,691 preferential shares.

The company added that it will pay dividends with money resources.

Ferghanaazot is the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan for the production of nitrogen fertilizer and it was commissioned in 1956. Currently, the plant is the largest chemical enterprise for the production of ammonium nitrate and carbamide.
