In line with the shareholders decision, the owners of ordinary shares will received 39.86 soums per shares, while preferential shares’ holders – 2,500 soums per stock.

Total number of ordinary shares, on which the company pays dividends, comprises 3,953,879 and preferential shares – 80,691.

Ferghanaazot is the largest enterprise in Uzbekistan for the production of nitrogen fertilizer and it was commissioned in 1956. Currently, the plant is the largest chemical enterprise for the production of ammonium nitrate and carbamide.
