Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev adopted a Resolution on creating favorable conditions for business entities in the field of digital technologies through international platforms.

As part of this decision, a legal experiment will be conducted to allow contractual documents for the provision of digital services to be drawn up on international platforms.

From 1 April 2024, residents of the IT park will be able to enter into contracts for the export of digitalization services on international platforms worth up to US$100,000 in electronic form without the need for a paper copy.

The list of international platforms on which contracts for the export of services in the field of digitalization are permitted will be approved by the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade.

It will be mandatory for residents of the IT park to enter data on foreign trade transactions into the Unified Electronic Information System of Foreign Trade Transactions through my.gov.uz.
