Expenses grew from 355.387 million soums to 367.676 million soums in the reporting period, while other expenses rose from 3.272 billion soums to 3.477 billion soums.

The company’s assets grew from 37.612 billion soums in 2009 to 39.763 billion soums in 2010. Fixed assets rose from 9.232 billion soums in 2009 to 9.408 billion soums in 2010.

The charter capital of Fargona Issiqlik Elektr Markazi made up 7.462 billion soums. Undistributed income exceeded 14.093 billion soums.

According to the decision of shareholders, the company will pay dividends for 2010. In particular, the company will pay dividends at the size of 2.6% from par value of shares for ordinary shares and 25% - on preferential shares.
