Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The premium Chinese car brand EXEED presented a range of new products and its plans at the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition 2024.

The Beijing Auto Show is taking place from 25 April to 4 May in two exhibition centers, with a total pavilion area of 220,000 square meters.

Participants are presenting new car models and auto parts under the theme "Driving to smart mobility."

The exhibition features 117 completely new models, including 30 from major international companies. Additionally, 41 concept car models are being showcased.

Special attention is given to electric vehicles, with a total of 278 models, including new releases.

Among the exhibition participants are BMW, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Toyota, Porsche, Lamborghini, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Lotus, Changan, Cherry, Geely, Haval, and many others.

EXEED

At the Beijing International Automotive Exhibition 2024, the Chinese premium brand EXEED, which is part of Chery, presented new hybrid and electric models. Special attention was given to the concept of the E08 minivan, which was showcased to the public for the first time.

EXEED E08 Concept Car

The E08 concept stands out with its futuristic design and promises not only exterior attractiveness but also high performance. EXEED positions the E08 as a comfortable flagship minivan measuring 5.2 meters in length.

The design of the E08 includes vertical headlights with slim daytime running lights that seamlessly blend into the hood line, characteristic of EXEED's flagship models. Also notable are the split two-section rear lights, a massive radiator grille, and a stylish Z-shaped stamping on the body sides. A unique feature is the design of the rear doors, which provide convenient access to the third row of seats when opened.

Unfortunately, detailed technical specifications of the minivan are not yet disclosed, but it is expected that they will meet the high standards of quality and performance set by the EXEED brand.

EXEED RX PHEV

EXEED introduced a hybrid version of its popular model, the EXEED RX, named the EXEED RX PHEV, at the 2024 Beijing Auto Show. This vehicle combines the capabilities of a traditional engine and an electric motor, offering superior versatility and efficiency, which is particularly valuable for urban dwellers.

EXEED RX PHEV is designed to meet the needs of modern drivers who seek savings and eco-friendliness without compromising mobility. It can travel up to 160 km solely on electric power, with a total range of 1300 km, making it an ideal choice for both short city trips and longer journeys.

Additionally, the EXEED RX PHEV is equipped with an innovative 3-speed hybrid transmission, providing an optimal balance of quick acceleration and high efficiency.

EXEED EXLANTiX ES

EXEED EXLANTiX ET is a crossover available in three versions. The first two versions are equipped with a single electric motor with a power of 252 hp installed on the rear axle, and batteries of 66 and 79.9 kWh, providing a range of 550 and 650 km, respectively.

The third version is a more powerful rear-wheel-drive variant with a motor of 313 hp and a 97.6 kWh battery, increasing the range to 760 km.

The top-of-the-line all-wheel-drive model features two electric motors with a total power of 561 hp and offers a range of 655 km.

The crossover's interior is equipped with a two-spoke steering wheel and separate screens for the instrument panel and multimedia system. Despite its impressive dimensions – nearly 5 meters in length and a wheelbase of 3 meters – the car is designed for only five seats.

The crossover stands out with a bold design featuring a long hood and minimal reinforcement ribs. Modern LED optics are located on both sides of the bumper, with an additional section capable of forming multicolored patterns.

Special features of the Exeed Exlantix ET include hidden door handles, improving aerodynamic characteristics and giving the car a futuristic look. All doors are frameless, a spoiler is installed on the roof, and there is also a rear diffuser. The design is executed in a futuristic-minimalistic style.

The interior of the electric crossover also follows the principles of minimalism. An oval-shaped steering wheel, minimal physical buttons, and the absence of a traditional center console create a sense of spaciousness. The instrument panel and multimedia system display are positioned to create a floating effect.

EXEED Strategy

The plans of the EXEED brand were discussed by CEO Qin Chao during a press conference.

Qin Chao emphasized the importance of the path that EXEED has taken over the past five years, starting from its debut at the Shanghai Auto Show.

He noted that the brand has successfully entered the international market, especially with the TX models, and is transitioning from conventional marketing strategies to premium-class strategies.

Qin Chao remarked: "We take the formation of the high-class EXEED brand seriously, exploring and striving to learn from the experience of other luxury car brands to enhance our image and attract the right audience."

He also highlighted the company's focus on integrating internal combustion engines (ICE) and new energy vehicles (NEV), which is the foundation for future product development.

The CEO of EXEED emphasized that the company is constantly working to improve its premium image and develop a strategy for both ICE and NEV vehicles. He also noted that EXEED will continue to develop new models of both types.

The EXEED brand will encompass vehicles with internal combustion engines and hybrid models, while the EXLANTiX brand will be associated with electric vehicles.

Qin also noted that the EXEED strategy includes significant investments in expanding the product lineup and exploring new opportunities in the new energy vehicle market.

It was also announced that the first electric SUV model, the EXLANTiX ET, will be unveiled in Uhu this week. This event underscores EXEED's determination and strength in the field of new energy vehicles, according to EXEED.

EXEED entered the Uzbekistan market in mid-2023. Asaka Motors is the official partner of EXEED in Uzbekistan.

Currently, official EXEED showrooms operate in Tashkent (in Rohat and Tashkent City), Fergana, Urgench, Navoi, and other locations.
The showrooms also host service centers providing after-sales car maintenance services.

EXEED began production using SKD technology for three of its models - LX, VX, and TXL - in the Syrdarya region of Uzbekistan in May 2023.
