Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 11 May, a press conference was held in Tashkent on the presentation of the EXEED car brand in Uzbekistan and the imminent opening of a plant for assembling these cars.

The official distributor of the EXEED car brand in Uzbekistan is Asaka Motors International. The press conference was attended by Akramjon Tukhtabaev, General Director of Asaka Motors International, Saijon Tursunov, Commercial Director, Timur Irgashev, After-sales Service Director, Elena Visherova, EXEED Brand Manager in Uzbekistan, and Lawson Khan, representative of EXEED International.

Representatives of Asaka Motors, together with a representative of EXEED, spoke about their strategic plans for cooperation, expanding the dealer network throughout Uzbekistan and disclosed the start date for sales. Soon, it is planned to open an EXEED Rohat car dealership in Tashkent, as well as an EXEED Tashkent city car dealership.

In his speech, the commercial director of Asaka Motors, Saijon Tursunov, said: “The SUV of the line - EXEED VX will be the first sample to roll off the assembly line. In general, 3 EXEED models are planned for production at once - VX, TXL, LX. Production facilities allow the simultaneous assembly of several models, respectively, model-by-model production will be uniform. We positively assess the prospects for EXEED to enter the Uzbek market. I note that EXEED is a premium automotive brand. The products of which are created in the best European traditions, use the most modern automotive technologies, and therefore will compete with the existing players in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Representatives of the company also announced the imminent opening of an EXEED car assembly plant in Syrdarya region. The opening of the EXEED plant in Uzbekistan contributes to the development of the automotive industry in the region, creating new jobs and boosting economic growth.

According to Akramjon Tukhtaboev, General Director of Asaka Motors International, "At the initial stage, about 5,000 cars per year will be assembled. In the future, we plan to reach the design capacity of car production up to 20,000 thousand per year."
