Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The next day of the international exhibition Euro Shoes Premier Collection-2022 in Moscow was full of useful dialogues and negotiations for the Uzcharmsanoat Association and its enterprises.

Discussions were held with foreign partners on such issues as the implementation of joint investment projects, exports, imports, orders for the new season and training for the industry.

Within the framework of the exhibition, a dialogue was held between the Uzcharmsanoat Association and the Russian Fashion Industry Association on issues of cooperation in the field of fashion. At the meeting, the issue of attracting Russian buyers to Uzbekistan was discussed. There was also an exchange of ideas on creating new brands based on fashion trends in the field of leather and footwear. Following the meeting, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the two organizations.

A meeting was also organized with the Chairman of the Beijing International Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Ma Shuang. During the dialogue, the issue of training personnel for the industry in cooperation with China was discussed. The Chinese side emphasized that the leather and footwear industry in our country has been developing rapidly in recent years, and noted that now the task is to provide the industry with qualified personnel. During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the development of joint new programs, including a 4-year educational process.

According to this initiative, Uzbek students will study in China for two years and the same number in our republic. In order to establish cooperation in this direction, the delegation of the Beijing International Chamber of Commerce was invited to the international exhibition UzCharmExpo-2022. At the meeting, an agreement was reached on training personnel for Uzbekistan in the coming years.
