Bukhara is famous for its gold, silk, ceramics, carpets and jewelry. The programme visited home of carpet-maker to find out about secrets of production of famous Bukhara carpets.

Bukhara is located in strategic place, in the center of ancient Great Silk Road. Various types of handicrafts were preserved here. For example, ceramics is one of ancient handicrafts and technology of ceramics production was not changed for a long time.
