Euro-2012: Germany advances to semifinal

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Germany clinched a 4-2 victory over Greece on Friday to become the second team to book its place in Euro-2012 semifinals.

Goals from Phillip Lahm (39), Sami Khedira (61), Miroslav Klose (68) and Marco Reus (74) were on target for Germany.

Georgios Samaras (55) and Dimitris Salpingidis (89, penalty) scored two goals for Greek side.

Germany will face England or Italy in the second semi-final in Warsaw on Thursday.
