The company said it received 89.506 million soums of net income in 2011.

According to the decision of shareholders, the company directed 4.475 million soums to formation of reserve fund and 85.03 million soums to payment of dividends.

The company said it will pay 799.71 soums of dividends per ordinary share. Total number of shares, on which dividends are paid, makes up 106,326 units.
