The Center for securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan registered a prospectus of emission of the company.

The company plans to issue 342,966 ordinary shares with nominal value of 3,000 soums each. Total sum of the emission will make up 1.029 billin soums.

The shares of this emission will be placed on closed subscription through replacement of old shares with lower par value to new shares with higher par value.

The company said that the part of shares for 685.992 million soums is already paid and other part for 342.96 million soums will be paid due to net income of the company for previous years.
