Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Starting from 15 October, an experiment on introduction of electronic invoices in activities of all economic entities will be launched in three regions of Uzbekistan.

On 6 October, the Government of Uzbekistan issued a resolution on expanding the use of information and communication technologies in tax administration.

According to the document, the experiment will be conducted in Chirchik (Tashkent region), Navoi and Syrdarya regions.

As part of the experiment, electronic invoices will combine the functions of consignment notes and powers of attorney to receive inventory items.

At the same time, during an experiment, companies can draw up invoices, invoices and power of attorneys on paper simultaneously with their submission in electronic form.

According to the results of the experiment, proposals will be developed for the introduction of a new order throughout the country.
