Daniel Maitre visited Uzbekistan to hold negotiations with officials of Uzbekistan, who led economic and financial sectors.

During his visit, Daniel Maitre held talks at the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, investment and Trade, Fund for Reconstruction and Development of Uzbekistan, as well as representatives of international financial institutions. He also led the delegation at the meeting with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan.

The mission was aimed at discussing economic perspectives and development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and France. The French delegation also expressed interest in new investment projects in Uzbekistan.
