Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The Dubai-based company Agroyara FZCO, on behalf of the Lebanese company Agro Lebanon Sarl, on the basis of forged documents, sent 40,000 tons of urea, allegedly purchased from Uzkimyoimpeks LLC, to the Romanian company Prime Capital Invest S.R.L. to the port of Constanta (Romania).
Uzkimyoimpeks stated that the agreement and the accompanying documents specified in it are fake.
There are no contractual relations between Uzkimyoimpeks LLC and the Dubai company Agroyara FZCO. The above-mentioned 40,000 tons of urea were not produced in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
