Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A draft joint resolution “On Amendments and Additions to the Regulation on the export and import of software” was put for discussion.

The document is directed to simplify the procedures export and import software.

The draft resolution says: “The sale of software by a developer included in the National Register of Software Developers for foreign currency through online stores on the Internet without an export contract of up to US$5,000 is carried out without entering information into the Single Electronic Information System of Foreign Trade Transactions.

In case of exceeding the amount of software exports of US$5,000, data on export contracts is entered into the Single electronic information system of foreign transactions r through the Single portal of interactive state services using electronic digital signature.

Discussion of the draft joint resolution started on 1 February 2019 and will end on 16 February 2019.
