Each participant can write a comment for any article of the discussed draft legal act. After the end of discussion all comments will be reviewed by authority, who responsible for the preparation of the document and the most effective suggestions will be included in the new edition of the draft legal act.

The system is directed at implementing the law on transparency of public bodies. The first document, which was published for discussion, was a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan “On measures for further improvement of the Governmental portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet, taking into account the provision of government open data”.
