Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 25 August 2020, the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan held an online meeting dedicated to the implementation of projects envisaged by the President's resolution No. PP-4699 from 28 April 2020 “On measures for the widespread introduction of digital economy and electronic government”.

During the meeting, the projects of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, JSCB "Agrobank", JSCB "Uzpromstroybank" and JSCB "Microcreditbank" were discussed, as well as, together with the specialists of information and communication technologies of the above organizations, problems arising during the implementation of the following projects were considered:

Projects of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

- system of instant payments;

- information system "QR-Online" based on the international EMV standard;

- implementation of a contactless payment mechanism using NFC technology without using bank cards in the national payment system;

- introduction of a mechanism for remote identification of individuals in the banking system.

Projects implemented by JSCB "Agrobank":

- customer relationship management system (CRM);

- human resource management (HR) system;

- a system for integrating various information systems based on the principles of service-oriented architecture (ESB);

- business management system (BPM);

- creation of a new platform for remote maintenance (RBS).

Projects of JSCB "Uzpromstroybank":

- a customer relationship management (CRM) system for attracting, servicing and retaining customers in the bank and expanding opportunities for the provision of banking services;

- introduction of a banking processing center and integration with banking information systems;

- implementation of planning and budgeting systems in the bank;

- automation of work on crediting clients' cash to bank accounts;

- introduction of a new mobile banking application.

Projects of JSCB "Microcreditbank":

- implementation of a customer relationship management system (CRM) into practice; - introduction of an automated scoring system for analyzing the distribution of loans to customers;

- creation of a new mobile application for the bank.

At the end of the meeting, following the results of hearing the information of the participants of this event about the work done, proposals were made to further ensure conditions for the high-quality performance of the tasks defined by the President's decree.
