Candidate of Democrats Hillary Clinton acknowledged her loss in the elections. The vote processing is underway in some states.

Trump said that Hillary Clinton called him and acknowledged her loss in the elections.

Prior to election day, Clinton was the favorite of presidential race. Some experts projected that probability of win of Trump is between 0 and 35%. Victories in some key states helped Trump to win the presidential elections.

Trump won in such states as Florida, Ohio, Northern Caroline, Pennsylvania and Iowa.

Presidential elections were held on 8 November. The candidates should collect at least 270 electoral votes from 538 to win the race.

On 19 December, electors will formally vote for the candidates to the post of the President. The US Congress will approve the results on 6 January 2017. Inauguration of the President will be held on 20 January 2017.
