Distribution of the resident population in the city of Tashkent

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As of 1 January 2024, the total permanent population in the city of Tashkent made up 3.04 million people, the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan said.

This figure increased by 2.9% compared to the corresponding period in 2023.

Of these:

women – 1.55 million people;

men – 1.49 million people.
