Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 13 February 2025, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Olimjon Abdullaev met with the Head of the International Organization for Migration (IOM) Mission in Uzbekistan, Andrew Gray.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for further cooperation between Uzbekistan and IOM in the field of migration.

Key topics included the implementation of joint projects focused on pre-departure training for citizens, diversification of external labor migration, and strengthening the material and technical base of specialized educational institutions.
