Discs, flash-cards with pirated content for 38.733m soums destroyed in Jizzakh

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Law enforcement bodies of Uzbekistan in cooperation with Uzbekkino national agency seized and destroyed pirated video products for 38.773 million soums in Jizzakh region.

Jizzakh regional tax and customs bodies and regional branch of Uzbekkino are inspecting markets and other trade and rent points to reveal pirated products.

In the result of such inspections, some 19,788 DVD-discs, 385 video-cassettes, 4,701 CD-discs for some 37.203 million soums and 51 flash-cards for 1.53 million soums were detained and destroyed.

The counterfeited products did not have licenses and consists of thriller and pornographic films, music clips and others, UzA reported.
