Sergei Zakuraev, director on regional development said, being from Jizzakh, Dilshod knows peculiarities of the region and his work experience in other regions of Uzbekistan is evidence for strong managerial skills.

He added that the Central Regional Branch has great potential and the company is sure that under new director the branch will develop dynamically.

Dilshod Anarmetov was born on 4 June 1977 in Jizzakh. He graduated Tashkent Electrotechnical Institute. He worked in Jizzakh Telecom, Telecom Inc. JV, Uzbektelecom Mobile. From 4 September 2006, he worked as deputy director of the Central Regional Branch and in 2009 he was appointed as commercial director of Southern-Western Regional Branch.
