Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) – The event “Digital economy: main directions of development and problems of legal regulation” was held.
The event was organized by the state institution Center for Digital Economy Research under the Ministry for the Development of Information Technologies and Communications.
The meeting was attended by highly qualified specialists from KPMG and Tashkent State University of Law. During the event, the participants were provided with detailed information about the latest developments in the digital economy, foreign experience and practice.
The seminar participants were given lectures on “Problems of evaluating the development of the digital economy”, “Bank regulation: a look into the future”, “Regulatory and legal framework for the purchase and sale of goods in e-commerce”, “Personal data protection in Uzbekistan” and “On the development of the ICT legal framework in the future among Central Asian Society".
The development of the digital economy in our country, the introduction of digital technologies and the strengthening of its regulatory framework for the introduction of the digital economy is requirement of the time.
During the event, the participants discussed the regulatory framework and developed proposals for the development of the digital economy.
At the end of the event, the participants received answers from experts to their questions.
