The event was organized by the National Association of NGOs (NANGOs) and Institute of studying civil society. Participants considered issues on further boosting activity of NGOs and the state bodies. They also discussed issues on further improving mechanisms and determining priority direction of stimulating NGOs development in raising social activity of the citizens in solving social issues in places.

Representative of local council, political parties, Kamolot Public Youth Movement, Mahallya Fund, self-governing bodies, NGOs, etc. participants carried out constructive dialogue with the state bodies, including positive experience of several public organizations in Surkhandarya region with local state bodies.

Participants made several proposals on improvement activity of NANGOs and its resource centers. They also offered to carry out such events in regions as many have no opportunity to visit various events on management technologies, fundraising, etc. It was also noted that it is necessary to raise potential of regional NGOs through training their staff and heads, and provide information on NANGOs activity.

Participants also offered to foster activity of NANGOs in signing memorandum of cooperation between the state bodies and regional NGOs, as well as attracting resources of international donors.
