Development of interactive state service discussed in Tashkent

A workshop for specialists of divisions of the ministries and departments, responsible for development and introduction of ICT, was held in Tashkent on 13 June. It was organized by the State Committee for Communication, Information and Telecommunication Technologies of Uzbekistan.
The seminar participants considered issues of forming list of state services, developing regulations on services and registering online passports of the state services.
According to the study, currency the state bodies provide 608 passports of state services. However, there were mistakes in registration of services and the seminar focused on correct registration of the forms.
Inventory of the state services is needed to form registrar of the state services and transfer to interactive form and provide them via single state interactive services portal.
The seminar also considered use of electronic signatures, introduction and development of ICT at the state organizations, recommendation on introduction of interactive services, etc.
