The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered the prospectus of the emission of company.

Within the emission, the company will place 559,730 ordinary shares with par value of 1,330 soums each. Total volume of the issue is about 744,441 million soums.

According to the company, the shares of the emission will be placed on closed subscription trough replacement of old shares with par value of 300 soums to new ones with nominal value of 1,330 soums each.

The company added that part of shares for 167.919 million soums are paid on par value and other part for 576.522 million soums will be paid due to net income of the company.

Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent was founded in 1999 on the base of Elektrosignal. The enterprise produces cable and wire products.
