Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent increases net income twice in 2009
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent, an Uzbek-German joint venture, increased its net income almost twice in 2009 to 16.935 billion soums. The net income of the company was 8.476 billion soums in 2008.

Net revenue from product sales comprised 57.04 billion soums in 2009 against 43.269 billion soums in 2008, the company’s financial statement said.

Fixed assets on depreciated cost reached 1.32 billion soums at the end of 2009 and the long-term assets made up 2.302 billion soums. The charter capital of the company was 167.919 million soums.

Deutsche Kabel AG Tashkent was founded in 1999 on the base of Elektrosignal. The enterprise produces cable and wire products. Germany’s Falk-Porsche-Technik GmbH owns 95.6% in the enterprise.
