Denis Istomin reaches second round of US Open in men’s doubles

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin advanced to the second round of the men’s doubles competition of the US Open in New York.

Istomin paired with Aliaksandr Bury of Belarus defeated Radu Albot (Moldova) and Janko Tipsarevic (Serbia) in straight sets with the score 6:3, 3:6, 6:3 in the first round.

In next round, they will face Dominic Inglot of Great Britain and Robert Lindstedt of Sweden.
