Denis Istomin advances to second round of ATP SAP Open

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin advanced to the second round of ATP SAP Open in San Jose (US) with prize fund of US$546,000.

In the first round, sixth seeded Denis Istomin defeated Ryan Sweeting of the United States in straight sets – 6/3 and 6/4.

In the second round, Denis Istomin will play against Benjamin Becker of Germany, who defeated Ryan Harrison in three sets – 6/6, 7/5 and 6/3.
