Uzbekistan number one Denis Istomin suffered a loss in the first round match at the Australian Open against France’s Jo-Wilfried Tsonga.
The match lasted 2 hours and 54 minutes. Denis Istomin lost the first set with the score 6/4, but claimed the next – 6/3.
The sixth-seeded Tsonga won next two sets with the scoreline 6/2 and 7/5.
