A statement on the official club website announced that the striking pair had joined the Uzbek outfit alongwith Uzbek defender Alexander Kovalyov, who comes from Metallurg Bekabad.
Denilson scored a brace and Ristik added one against Bunyodkor in the AFC Champions League 2009 quarter-final second-leg, paving the way for the Uzbek club’s advance deeper into the competition, which they won after beating Saudi side Al Ittihad.
Denilson, 33, and Ristik, 27, bring a wealth of experience to the ambitious side, who are led by Brazilian Luiz Felipe Scolari, and are currently training in the UAE.
Bunyodkor have been drawn with Al Ittihad (Saudi), Zob Ahan (Iran) and the West zone play-off winner for the 2010 edition of the AFC Champions League.
