The company said that starting from August 2015, Deloitte Uzbekistan will start to provide full spectrum of professional services, including audit, tax consultations, financial consultations, pre-investment analysis and valuation.

Talibjan Alimov said that it is great honour and challenge for him to develop new practice in the market of Uzbekistan. He said that his goal as the head of new practice is to create quality services based on local market peculiarities. Proper financial planning is the basis for success of any company, and Deloitte hopes to take part in tuning these processes for the company’s customers and meet their expectations.

Talibjan Alimov joined the Deloitte in Uzbekistan in 2015. He has more than 15 years’ work experience in corporate finance in a number of large Uzbek banks. He is specializing on international reserves management, analysis of large investment projects, auditing of financial statements in accordance to IRFS, bank risk management and corporate management.

Talibjan Alimov has a degree in International Economic Relations from Tashkent State Economy University and also possesses an MSc from University of Saitama (Japan). Talibjan Alimov is a certified valuator since 2011.

Erkin Ayupov, managing director of Deloitte Uzbekistan, said: “Today the market of professional services in Uzbekistan is growing rapidly, and we see great interest in the financial advisory services”. He said that the growth in the consulting market is one of the indicators that the economy is on the rise. He noted that Deloitte Uzbekistan wants to take a leadership role in the market, using international expertise and understanding of the local market.
