The delegation visited the Karakalpakstan State Museum of Arts named after Igor Savitsky in Nukus.

During the visit, the delegation of the Russian museum selected exhibits and discussed arrangements for the forthcoming exhibition in Moscow, which will be held in March 2017.

Director of Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts Marina Loshak said that showing legendary figure Igor Savitsky, it is possible to attract more people to Nukus to visit the museum and sites of Karakalpakstan. She noted that the museum has real treasure and the researchers should study it.
