Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A Russian delegation headed by Oleg Bogatyryov, General Director of the Main Scientific Innovation and Implementation Center JSC, visited the State Tax Committee of Uzbekistan. The company is a developer of an automated information system for the Federal Tax Service of Russia.

This visit is the next stage of cooperation between the tax services of the two countries and the agreement on mutual partnership signed in April this year, the press service of the committee reports.

During the meeting, the management of the State Tax Committee discussed with Russian specialists the progress of the second stage of the program for the development of the tax administration system. In particular, the use of analytical tools in terms of automated control of VAT, over the turnover of goods in the retail network and accounting for electronic invoices.

It was noted that by the end of the year, it is planned to complete the joint work of the current stage and determine a strategic partnership for the future.

The members of the delegation got acquainted with the software products of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies of the State Tax Committee, the updated facilities of the Data Processing Center (DPC).
