The shareholders of the bank adopted decision on establishing the volume of announced shares. According to the decision, Davr-bank can place 550,000 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums. Total sum of the issue makes up 5.5 billion soums.

In line with the decision of the shareholders, the shares will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders.

Net income of the bank in 2013 made up 9.053 billion soums. The assets reached 113.49 billion soums in 2013.

Davr-bank’s liabilities exceeded 84.687 billion soums. The equity capital as of 31 December 2013 reached 28.803 billion soums, of which 19.5 billion soums are ordinary shares.
