Davr Bank to pay dividends for 2011 and 1Q 2012

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Shareholders of the private closed joint stock commercial bank “Davr-Bank distributed net income of the bank for 2011 and the first quarter of 2012 at the size of 3.475 billion soums.

Stakeholders of the bank directed 500 million soums for formation of reserve fund and 2.35 billion soums to payment of dividends.

In particular the bank will pay 1,740.74 soums per each ordinary share. Number of ordinary shares makes up 1.35 million soums.
