Czech folk group visits Uzbekistan
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) --
A Czech folk group Pramínek Jihlava is paying a visit to Uzbekistan from 24 to 31 August 2013.
On 24 August, they gave a concert in Navnihol mahalla in Tashkent and left for Samarkand on 25 August to participate at the international musical festival Sharq Taronalari, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Uzbekistan said.
The group is a unique as it performs music in old national musical instruments, which look like violin and cannot be found in other countries.
