Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Negotiations were held between the officials of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari and Kazakhstan Temir Zholy. The topic of the meeting was the discussion of the further development of cooperation in the field of railway transport, in particular, in cargo transportation.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed such issues as the organization of rhythmic and uninterrupted work on the reception / transfer of freight trains at interstate junction points between our countries, a plan for the formation of freight trains, the organization of container and transit traffic from Uzbekistan, the use of refrigerated sections belonging to Uzbekistan Temir Yollari JSC for the loading of grain for destination in Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, it was noted that within the framework of previously adopted agreements, significant results of transportation activities have been achieved for 9 months of this year. 

The parties agreed to continue the course towards the development and expansion of mutual cooperation in cargo transportation.
