The Center for coordination and control over functioning of securities market registered a prospectus of emission of shares.

Within the emission Credit Standard Bank will place 56,000 ordinary and 11,200 preferential shares with par value of 384,000 soums each.

According to the bank, shares of the issue will be placed on closed subscription among shareholders through replacement of old shares with nominal value of 360,000 soums to new stocks for 384,000 soums.

The difference between new and old shares at the size of 1.344 billion soums will be paid due to undistributed income.
