Credit Standard Bank decreases tariffs for emission and service of VISA cards
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Credit Standard open joint stock commercial bank decreased tariffs for emission and service of hard currency VISA Classic and VISA Electron banking payment cards.

The bank said the customers can receive VISA Classic and VISA Electron for free in any branch of the bank. At the same time, the preliminary fee for opening of the VISA Classic cut twice from US$100 to US$50.

The bank also decreased insurance deposit from US$100 for VISA Classic. The bank said VISA Electron holders can use at zero balance.

Monthly service fee for VISA cards, issued by Credit Standard Bank, simplified and now makes up US$1 for VISA Classic and US$0 for VISA Electron.

The bank said these terms also apply to all earlier issued VISA cards.

Victoriya Pavlenko, head of department on money circulation and retail operations of the Credit Standard Bank, said: “Popularity of VISA cars is increasing , and we are sure that our proposal will be very interesting especially in vacations season as travelers can transport any sum in their VISA cards. Travelers can use VISA card of Credit Standard Bank worldwide and it is convenient for payments through Internet.”

Credit Standard open joint stock commercial bank was founded on 16 August 2003 with charter capital of 1.3 billion soums. The bank’s headquarters is in Tashkent. The bank’s assets made up 259.1 billion soums as of 1 April 2010. The equity capital is 35.4 billion soums.
