In line with the changes, controlling bodies should notify businesses about planned inspection 30 days before its start. The notification should include terms and object on inspection.
According to changes, now deputy heads of controlling bodies have right to sign schedule of inspections, application for extraordinary inspection of businesses, and information on conducted inspection.
Republican center for sanitary-epidemiologic supervision received right to inspect milk and milk products, water and sewage each month in line with the corresponding decree without agreeing inspection with the Republican council.
The center can also inspect flour and salt at the producers’ capacities once a quarter, the document said.
At the same time, the center can check medical examination certificates of workers of trade and catering enterprises once each six months.
