The event is organized by Fund Forum, Uzbekistan Art Academy and Ministry of Culture and Sports of Uzbekistan.

It is expected that Biennially will be bright and remarkable. It is planned that painters and art critics from Austria, Brazil, the UK, the Netherland, Greece, Republic of Korea, Russia, the USA, Turkey, Japan, Saudi Arabia, China, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Iran, etc.

The Biennially will be held within the Art Week Style.uz/2011. It is expected that this will help to attract more people to the event.

The event will be held in several pavilions of Tashkent, including Youth Creative Palace, Uzbekistan Fine Arts Gallery, Center of Exhibition Hall of Uzbekistan Painters Association, Tashkent Photography House, Applied Art Museum, etc.
