The Facebook page of the business center said that the concept of Tashkent City is built on the harmony of nature and modern urban ideas, in which special attention is paid to combination of business activity and idea of a green city with an abundance of greenery, coolness of the water, park areas for recreation.

The statement said that the height of buildings, which are intended for business offices, hotels and apartments, will not exceed 40 floors, and residential - 12 floors. During the construction of buildings, modern technologies will be used.

The business center will include conference and exhibition centers, a hypermarket, a large number of retail space, restaurants and cafes. Under the buildings, there will be parking for cars.

The authors of the concept suggest to build broad roads for a large flow of cars in Tashkent city.

It will create maximum comfort for living in luxury apartments or five-star hotels, as well as doing business in the offices.

The authors of the concept noted that Tashkent City will be attractive for residents and visitors of Tashkent, as all conditions for active pastime in shopping and entertainment and park areas will be created here.

The design of buildings and structures is maintained in the spirit of the principles of the most advanced architecture and national color.

To implement this project, a Directorate was established under the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan. The Directorate will involve local and foreign investors for implementation of the project.
