Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Competition Development and Consumer Protection Committee has reviewed the application submitted by Xonadon Taomlar LLC to acquire an 86.2% stake in the charter capital of Stargate Systems.

Xonadon Taomlar operates in the restaurant business and provides food delivery services, while Stargate Systems specializes in the management of entertainment and recreational parks.

A special commission of the committee conducted an analysis of the proposed deal and concluded that its execution would not affect market competition.

Based on these findings, the committee decided to approve the application and authorize the transaction.
