Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 12 August 2019, commercial banks were given permission to organize banking service centers throughout the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and carry out their activities in accordance with the law.

Centers for the provision of banking services are organized in order to save customers time and create conditions for conducting banking operations at the nearest office without visiting remote banking offices, as well as ensuring the popularity and demand for banking services among the population.

Clients use a range of basic banking services related to opening a deposit account in banking centers, depositing funds, making payments, making international money transfers and currency exchange operations, obtaining a consumer loan and microcredit.

More than 600 banking service centers were created in our republic during the year. Currently, work is underway to increase the number of such centers, as well as to simplify and improve the convenience of their maintenance.
