According to the Central Bank of Uzbekistan, the enterprises, producing consumer goods, received loans for 294 million soums (+1.4 times year-on-year), to development of service – 142.4 billion soums (+14%).
Commercial banks allocated 21.6 billion soums of soft microloans to auxiliary and dehkan entities received o purchase cattle (+1.6 times), to development of family business and craftsmanship – 11.2 billion soums (+1.4 times) and financing business projects of college graduates – 6.8 billion soums (+5 times).
It is expected that the commercial banks will increase the volume of crediting of small businesses by 1.3 times year-on-year to 3.5 trillion soums in 2011.
Central Bank of Uzbekistan said that small businesses and private entrepreneurs received 11.4 billion soums of soft loans due to the resources of the Fund for preferential crediting.
It is planned that 24 billion soums of loans will be issued to businesses due to the resources of the Fund.
