Commerce Chamber, WIPO organize seminar on intellectual property

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) organized a seminar “Protection of intellectual property” in Tashkent on 16-20 August 2010.

Seminar agenda includes issues on protecting intellectual property, licensing of brands, franchising, merchandising, and others for further improving service quality in the sector.

Representatives of WIPO, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, State Patent Office, UNDP, Technology Transfer Agency under Economy Ministry of Uzbekistan are participating at the seminar.
