Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Synergy University will open the first foreign college of digital professions in Namangan (Uzbekistan).

According to the university’s press service, in the 2024/25 academic year, this college will begin training students in IT specialties in full-time and part-time forms.

During the first admissions campaign, the college plans to recruit applicants in the areas of “System Administration,” “Web Development,” and “Information Security.”

Rector of Synergy University Artyom Vasiliev noted that the college will train personnel for the modern digital industry, the development of which is necessary for the growth of the economy of Uzbekistan.

“Today, children from this country study at our university and college, and many of them find jobs in Russia after graduation. The opening of an educational institution in Namangan will prevent the outflow of young people from Uzbekistan. College graduates will receive in-demand professions and will be able to stay and work in their region,” the rector noted.

In the future, it is planned to open additional education programs for adults on the basis of the college, as well as conduct career guidance events for schoolchildren.

In addition, in June, Synergy University opened a summer camp for schoolchildren in Namangan, where children can learn more about modern digital professions in the fields of design, marketing and programming. During the summer holidays, six thematic sessions with business games and master classes will be held.
